EXPLOSIVE RELATED TRAINING

Explosive Ordinance Reconnaissance:
This course is designed to provide instruction for the Emergency Services Professional, Administrator, Bomb Squad member, Canine Handler, Military Operator, and Security Forces to seek out, locate, and identify suspect packages. This course also provides the student with the tools on how to look for Improvised Explosive Devices, commercial and military ordinance, along with weapons of mass destruction and homicide bombers. The EOR members are instructed on how to be an asset for the bomb squad along with how to assist in managing bomb related operations and post blast scenes.  Upon completion of this course the student shall be able to provide critical intelligence for the bomb squad and assist in the mitigation of the explosive related situation.
This is NOT a disposal or render safe course.

Bomb Threat Response:
On of the most effective tactics for the criminal or terrorist to disrupt an organization is to deliver a bomb threat.  The bomb threat once placed, disrupts business, suspends operations, interferes with financial initiatives, and creates high amounts of anxiety and stress among personnel in the vicinity. 
Proper response and management of the bomb threat situation creates an atmosphere of reduced stress, upholds moral and confidence of personnel, and aids in the efficient searching and location of suspect devices.  With proper planning, specialized training, and good coordination, successful resolutions are gained.
The student shall also learn what to do on located explosive devices as well as post blast responsibilities.
This complete package aids in averting further threats, lends to good investigations, and gains successful prosecutions.


Bomb Disposal
Bomb Disposal is a specific course designed to enhance and take the bomb squad to their next level.  This course will provide current tactics, techniques, and procedures used by the criminal and terrorist bomb makers globally who hide in the shadows to attack without warning.
Our training cadre of Master Bomb Technicians from both the Military and Law Enforcement communities shall bring the latest in render safe procedures, will polish basic skills, enhance diagnostics, and place the bomb technician in realistic scenario based training.  This course is unique for the bomb squad and has focus on disposal operations.
